WORSHIP - (wûrshp) - Literally, to ascribe worth- or -"To bring all that you are into contact with all that God is,  and allowing that contact  to transform your life"   Worship is an essential part of who we are as Christ-Followers, and as a church community. It is one central part of our expression to a holy, righteous God and Savior who is blessed and glorified by the worship we give. Whether, through song, art, giving, prayer, worship is the vital element in the Life we are pursuing at Kingwood First Baptist.  Worship ministry participation is open to anyone with a love for the arts and a desire to serve the creator. Here are some upcoming opportunities to get involved or find out more about us -Sanctuary Choir - Rehearses Wednesdays, 7:15 - 8:30, sings every Sunday, 9:00 serviceOrchestra - Rehearses Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7:30. Come help us kick off this new ministry!Worship Band - If you are a gifted contemporary vocalist, drummer, guitar, bass, or Keyboard player, give us a call.Children's Choirs - Wednesday, 5:30, age graded choirs from pre-school to 5th grade.Drama MinistryTechnical Arts Teams (Sound, Lighting, Video) And, coming up in January - WORSHIP AND CREATIVE ARTS OPEN HOUSE!You are invited to a night of fellowship and discovery as we expand and "re-invision" the worship and creative arts ministries at Kingwood First Baptist Church. We will be introducing the Easter Season Arts Schedule and Events, as well as breaking out into different m inistry team gatherings for a Q and A time together.  If you have ever considered serving in the WCA ministry, or have wondered what we are about, this will be a great event in which to "get your feet wet".
