Have we not done yours in a while???

On Sunday July 10th, the 9:15 service attendees participated in an "all request" worship service, where all of the congregational songs where chosen from requests written out by the congregation as the service was starting.  These request slips (See Image Below) were collected into a basket and then chosen at random by Pastor of Worship Travis Overstreet.. Then, accompanied by the choir and orchestra, we lifted up these favorite expressions of worship to our Creator.  It was a beautiful morning!

Our desire in doing this was to share with each other in a personal moment, learning a little about each other as we joined together, the "church", to give our thanks to God.  I want to to thank -

 - for your excellent choices!   By the way - if you were in attendance, you noticed that one ballot was pulled one out and we DIDN''T sing that one.  That ballot is below...is it yours?  Unfortunately, It couldn't quite be made out, so we moved on to the next drawing.  Let me know us know if you can interpret it.

This seemed to be such a popular exercise, we are contemplating doing it some more.  What do YOU think??
