Co-Ed

Effective Parenting in a Defective World, led by Stephen & Jacey Storm, Jenn Harris. In this day and age, children face a far more defective world than the children of previous decades.  Everyday they are bombarded with the pressures and influences of drugs, sex, and violence.  Often, parents feel helpless when the corrupt principles of this defective world seem to contradict every godly principle they try to instill in their children.  But the truth is, God has a plan for effectively raising your children and you can learn it.  Cost is $12 for the book.    **Begins January 10, Start time is 7:00 p.m. **

The Attributes of God - Who does God say that He is?  Misconceptions about God abound.  But they don't have to.  God has revealed His character in Scripture, illuminating the attributes that define Him.  While we, being finite creatures, can never truly comprehend everything that God is, we should study what He Himself has said.  In this new 16-part teaching series, The Attributes of God, Ligonier Teaching Fellow Dr. Steven Lawson articulates a biblical understanding of divine attributes and explores how a right understanding of God can affect every aspect of our lives. No cost for material.    **Begins January 24, Start time is 6:00 p.m. **

For Women beginning January 10 at 6 p.m.

Joy of Living: Treasures from the Parables - Led by Fayee Czarnik and Penni Jones.  Treasures from the Parables covers selected parables of Jesus that deal with subjects such as lost things, what to do while waiting for the Lord's return, God's invitation, and the temporary vs. the eternal.  The parables are very exciting and challenging portions of Scripture.  Like a mystery novel, there is always something veiled, something hidden within them; thus they are enticing and challenging.  There are clues given in each of the parables that lead us to its meaning.  These clues encourage us to investigate and discover the hidden truths, which will become real treasures that enrich our lives and deepen our walk with the Lord, when we apply those truths to our lives.  10 weeks, cost for the book is $13.
